Jewish learning should be accessible to everyone
At Pardes, we believe Torah belongs to everyone. We are committed to creating learning experiences that are welcoming and accessible—whether you’re visiting our website, studying online, joining us in Jerusalem, or participating in a Pardes program or event.
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we continually work to improve how people engage with Pardes across our digital and physical spaces.

Digital accessibility
We strive to make our website and online learning experiences accessible to as many people as possible. Our goal is to meet recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, wherever possible.
Our ongoing efforts include:
- Keyboard-friendly navigation
- Clear page structure and headings
- Sufficient color contrast
- Accessible forms and interactive elements
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Screen reader compatibility
- Captions or transcripts for multimedia whenever available
- Responsive design across devices
As we develop new features and publish new content, accessibility remains an important part of our design and review process.
Learning at Pardes
Accessibility extends beyond our website.
We are committed to making our in-person and online learning experiences as accessible as possible. Whether you’re joining a Beit Midrash program in Jerusalem, participating in an online course, attending an event, or learning with us in your own community, we encourage you to let us know how we can support your participation.
Depending on the program or event, accommodations may include accessible learning materials, captioning, physical accessibility considerations, or other reasonable accommodations.
If you have accessibility needs, we encourage you to reach out in advance so we can work together to create the best possible learning experience.

Third-party platforms
Some parts of the Pardes experience—including registration, payments, video conferencing, and learning platforms—are provided by trusted third-party services. While we encourage our partners to maintain accessible experiences, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party platforms. If you encounter difficulties using one of these services, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
Our commitment continues
Accessibility is not a one-time effort—it’s an ongoing practice of listening, learning, and improving. We are committed to creating a Pardes experience where more people can fully participate in the richness of Jewish learning and community.
