Who are the people behind the Torah we learn—and how has Torah shaped the people they have become?

This Pardes Life turns the conversation toward the teachers, thinkers, and members of the Pardes community themselves. Originally hosted by longtime Pardes teacher and life coach Rabbi David Levin-Kruss, and in later episodes by Rabbi Zvi Hirschfield, the series brings listeners into personal conversations with Pardes faculty, alumni, and Jewish communal figures about life, text, Jewish identity, and Pardes.

The conversations move beyond a traditional interview format by using ideas and Jewish texts as openings into the lives of the guests. Early episodes feature Rabbi Levin-Kruss in conversation with Rabbi Meir Schweiger about subjects including happiness, survival, and dignity. Other episodes bring different Pardes voices and public figures into conversations about the questions that animate their Jewish lives.
