Shelach: Cultivating the Spiritual Practice of Humbled Self-Confidence

Introduction

In this podcast, Yiscah Smith discusses the high value that the Jewish tradition places on bitachon atzmi–self-confidence–and being able to trust in one’s self and one’s judgment. The shiur is based on the verse in Numbers 14:24, referring to Calev as possessing “a different spirit.”
