Taking Time to Exercise

Taking exercise breaks has been really important. I ask the students, at various points in the lesson,  to open an exercise link, video yourself doing the exercises, and then send me the video. It’s usually a 3-4 minute break. It’s been very helpful in getting the students to move and come back ready to go.
