Rachel Korazim

Dr. Rachel Korazim is an adjunct faculty member at Pardes and a freelance consultant specializing in Israel and Holocaust education curriculum development. Rachel holds a Ph.D. in Jewish Education from Haifa University and previously served as Academic Director of Distance Learning Programs at the JAFO Department of Education.

Born in Israel, Rachel has extensive experience in Jewish education in both Israel and the Diaspora. She was among the founders of a special educational program for IDF soldiers from disadvantaged backgrounds, where she developed the program’s curricula and trained its teachers. Since serving as head of the JAFI delegation to Canada in the 1980s, she has worked with Jewish communities throughout North America, Latin America and Europe, and has devoted many years to supporting emerging Jewish schools in Hungary.
